1. Conclusion of the contract

Before submitting your order, step 4 of the ordering process offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, method of payment and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.

Once you have gone through the ordering process at Dinoparts by entering the details as prompted, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from Dinoparts by clicking on the button "Send order" in the section "Step 4 of your order".

This offer is accepted (and the contract thereby concluded) by dispatching the goods you ordered. The contract is therefore brought about when the goods you ordered are dispatched.

2. Right to exchange or return

You have the unconditional right to return all goods bought at Dinoparts within 14 days of delivery, without being obliged to state your reasons. For the return address please see the return note enclosed with the invoice.

To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 14-day period by eMail, telephone or post to:

If you return goods bought online, the contract is cancelled and your credit- or debit card will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned.

Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.

You will find all the documents necessary for returning goods together with the delivery note in the parcel.

Please observe the following points:

• Please always return the item to us in full together with its original packaging - that allows us to complete the process quickly
• Please enter your reasons for returning the product on the return slip and enclose it in the parcel so that we can improve our service
• Make sure you use the return sticker to return the product and have the return receipt stamped at the post office
• If you return one item of an order but would like to pay for any other items ordered at the same time, just subtract the item you have returned from the bill. If you are paying by direct debit, we will not charge you the price of the item you have returned automatically

3. Delivery proviso

Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last.

4. Delivery costs

At Dinoparts you generally pay a flat rate of €3.95 for delivery within germany, regardless of the value of the order. This covers part of the packaging, delivery and postage costs. The rest is paid for you by Dinoparts. In exceptional cases, we have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be specified accordingly.

Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.

5. Reservation of ownership

Goods remain the property of Dinoparts until payment has been received in full.

6. Payment, due date, failure to pay

Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques. We accept no responsibility for loss.

We will not charge your card until your goods leave our warehouse.

In the case of possible returns, the amount paid will be refunded.

Should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.

Privacy and security

1. Security and data protection

We value your trust and thus make every effort and use the highest security standards to ensure that we protect your personal data from unauthorised access.
Your order, personal data and your credit card details are protected by technical security systems and an additional authorisation process - both when transferring data and saving data on our servers.

2. Using your data

The personal data you submit on the Internet will not be passed on to any unauthorised third party outside of Dinoparts.

3. Our technical standards

For transferring data we use the so-called SSL security system (secure socket layer) together with a 128-bit encryption.

This technology offers the best possible security and is thus used by banks, for example, to protect online banking data. You will know if a site uses encrypted data transmission by the closed padlock symbol on the bottom status bar of your browser.
